Enjoy short, leisurely hikes through the beauty of the Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park with an intimate size group led by friendly, experienced, and extremely knowledgeable guides. Explore Jaggar Museum, a walk-through lava tube and all the major viewpoints! Follow that with a ride down the less traveled “Red Road”, and explore the lush rainforest and black sand beaches of the Puna Coast as you learn the historic tales of the lava and the land, which has forever been changed by the lava flows in the last five decades. Depending on the volcanic activity at the time, we will seek out and find the best lava “flow or glow” - either at the coast, or with a trip up to Halema’uma’u Crater, where the pool of lava below the surface creates an amazing evening splash and glow! Our tour guides specialize in knowing the feel of the island and they are experts in guiding our guests to the best views Mother Nature has to offer during your time with our Ohana!
